Hymenocallis Harrisiana

Hymenocallis Harrisiana is a rare and lovely plant with fragrant flowers rather like large daffodils.The petals are long and curved which give the flowers an appearance quite unlike any other. Easily grown in the conservatory, or out in the garden if lifted and dried in October for a warm dry winter rest.

Produces white flowers with very long narrow segments. Dark green leaves. Dwarfish growth.

Planting:     Likes light soil and a sunny sheltered position. If grown in pots use a compost of equal parts loam, peat substitute and sharp sand.
